About Filar.AI

Filar.AI is an AI-powered recruitment and workflow automation platform designed to help organizations manage hiring workflows, communication, scheduling, integrations, and candidate-related operations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your organization to use this Service. By using Filar.AI, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and lawful.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted through your account.

• Do not share credentials improperly
• Do not attempt unauthorized access
• Do not misuse or disrupt platform operations

Google APIs and Third-Party Integrations

Filar.AI may integrate with third-party services such as Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Calendar, Applicant Tracking Systems, communication tools, and payment providers.

By connecting third-party accounts, you authorize Filar.AI to access and process data necessary to provide requested platform functionality.

Filar.AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate employment or privacy laws

AI and Automation Features

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as guaranteed hiring recommendations or business advice.

Payments and Billing

Some platform features may require paid subscriptions or usage-based billing. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Razorpay.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for applicable taxes.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, APIs, workflows, and related materials remain the property of HiringMess.AI and its licensors.

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or exploit the platform without prior written authorization.

Privacy

Disclaimer of Warranties
